34-year-old man fatally shot in upper Manhattan

A man was fatally shot in an attack in upper Manhattan Thursday, cops said.

Officers responding to a 911 call about an assault just after 5 p.m. discovered the 34-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the chest outside the Manhattanville Houses on W. 126th St. in West Harlem, cops said.

There were no immediate arrests; the investigation is ongoing, cops said.

The victim’s name was not immediately released.
